How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed (typically within 2-3 business days), you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will include your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package as it makes its way to you.

You can track your order in three ways:

  1. From Your Email
    Simply click the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email to view your order’s status.

  2. On Our Website
    Copy your tracking number from the email and paste it into the tracking bar on our website for live updates.

  3. On the Carrier’s Website
    Enter your tracking number on the carrier’s official tracking page for additional details.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note: Our life-sized Valorant skin props have a longer production time of 4-7 business days before they are shipped out.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Standard Delivery Times:
  • Processing: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Total estimated time: 7-13 business days

International Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Night Market is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages

The Night Market covers all damages that occur during transit. If you receive your order damaged or if your package is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will provide a free replacement along with additional compensation.

Please save all packaging materials and take photos of any damaged goods before contacting us, as this will help us process your claim more efficiently.
